At OluKai, we stand by our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges on all items in new, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Pack Your Items
Place your unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box, then attach the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
